1. Payment Gateway
DigitalHain uses Razorpay as its official payment gateway. Razorpay is a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We accept:
Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex)
Debit Cards
UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
Net Banking
Wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik, etc.)
EMI (on eligible cards)
DigitalHain does not store your card details, CVV, or banking credentials on our servers.
2. Pricing & Plans
DigitalHain operates on a subscription-based model billed monthly or annually. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Price changes will be communicated at least 7 days in advance via email.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of subscription or renewal.
Subscription activates immediately upon successful payment.
Failed payments will not activate your subscription — retry from your dashboard.
Auto-renewal subscriptions are charged automatically on the renewal date unless cancelled beforehand.
4. Payment Receipts
A payment receipt is sent to your registered email after every successful transaction. Receipts can also be downloaded from Dashboard > Billing > Invoices.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Eligible for Refund
Duplicate charge for the same subscription.
Payment successful but service not activated within 24 hours due to our technical error.
Cancellation within 24 hours of first-time purchase with no platform usage.
5.2 Not Eligible for Refund
Cancellation after 24 hours of purchase.
Partial use of subscription period.
Features dissatisfaction where features were clearly described pre-purchase.
Account suspended due to Terms of Service violation.
Auto-renewal charges where cancellation was not done before renewal date.
Meta conversation charges (pass-through charges beyond our control).
5.3 How to Request a Refund
Email hi@cyberkida.com with subject "Refund Request" including:
Registered email address
Razorpay Payment ID
Reason for refund
We respond within 3 business days.
5.4 Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
6. Subscription Cancellation
Cancel anytime from Dashboard > Billing > Cancel Subscription. Access continues until end of current billing period. No partial refunds for unused days.
7. Failed Payments & Grace Period
Failed auto-renewal payments are retried up to 3 times over 3 days. After that, account moves to restricted state. Data is retained for 30 days — pay within this period to restore access. After 30 days, account may be permanently deactivated.
8. Disputes & Chargebacks
Contact hi@cyberkida.com before initiating any chargeback. We resolve genuine cases promptly. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us may result in immediate account suspension.
9. Currency
All transactions are in Indian Rupees (INR). International cards accepted via Razorpay. Currency conversion charges if any are levied by your bank and not by DigitalHain.
