We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our users.This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you access or use our services, including our WhatsApp Business API integration and Facebook/Meta-connected features.By using DigitalHain, you agree to the collection and use of information as described herein. Information We Collect2.1 Information You Provide Directly Name, email address, phone number, and business details provided during registration. Billing and payment information (processed securely via Razorpay). Messages, media, and content you send or receive through our WhatsApp API integration. Customer support communications and feedback. 2.2 Information from Meta / Facebook Login When you connect your Facebook or Meta account, we collect: Facebook User ID and public profile information. WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) ID and associated phone numbers. Business Manager ID and related permissions granted during authorization. Access tokens required to operate the WhatsApp Business API on your behalf. We only request permissions necessary for providing our services. We do not post to your Facebook profile or access personal messages outside of the WhatsApp API scope.2.3 Automatically Collected Information IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers. Usage data including pages visited, features used, and session duration. Log data such as API call records, timestamps, and error reports. Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 7). 3. How We Use Your Information To create and manage your DigitalHain account and provide our core services. To connect your WhatsApp Business Account via the Meta Business API. To process and transmit WhatsApp messages on your behalf through the API. To process billing and payments via Razorpay. To communicate with you regarding service updates, support, and promotions. To monitor and analyze usage for improving our platform. To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service. To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or security incidents. 4. WhatsApp & Meta Platform DataAs a Meta Tech Provider operating through the WhatsApp Business Platform, we adhere to Meta's Platform Terms and WhatsApp Business Policy: Message content is processed solely to deliver the service and is not used for advertising or sold to third parties. We store WhatsApp message logs only as required for service delivery and support. User data obtained via Meta APIs is used exclusively within the scope of permissions granted by you. We do not use Meta Platform Data to train AI or ML models. You may revoke our access to your Meta/WhatsApp Business account at any time via your Facebook Business Settings. 5. Sharing of InformationWe do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data only in these circumstances:5.1 Payment Processing Payment data is shared with Razorpay solely to process transactions. CookiesWe use cookies to: Maintain your login session and preferences. Analyze platform usage and performance. Support OAuth authentication flows.
